Introduction: My name is Michael. I own a gym in Queens called Maximum Workout. I train 2 - 3 hrs a day in Jeet Kune Do (not concepts lol). I am looking for other people to spar with and fight against. For training and learning purposes only. No ego here.
Are you interested in sparring, and are you experienced in sparring or a beginner? IMPORTANT to list your height/weight.: I am 5-6 155 lbs. I am experienced. I am down from 195 so I hit like a heavyweight lol. I train for power and speed always.
What type of sparring do you enjoy? Be as specific as you can-- for example , prefer full contact striking to the body , light contact striking to the head.: All types. Working specific tools such as lead hand only or lead leg only, to full contact. I can go as hard or easy as my partner.
Are you a fan and/or a martial artist? If a martial artist, please indicate if you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced and what style(s) you practice.: I am a martial artist. I have been training for over 10 yrs. I am now into fully expressing my abilities, not any style just my style.
