- Hello My name is Angel Rojas I am 44years of age I am a certified personal trainer I love the sport of mix martial arts I would like to join your meet up to improve my skills and if at all possibilty compete.

I interested in sparring I am a beginner my height is 5'5' my weight is abou 165lbs
- What type of sparring do you enjoy? Be as specific as you can-- for example , prefer full contact striking to the body , light contact striking to the head.
